Abraham Zarraga Now with Prudential

los felizChris Serrano, manager of Prudential California Realty’s Los Feliz office, welcomes Abraham Zarraga to her team. “Abe’s market knowledge and ambition to succeed instills confidence and trust in his clients,” says Serrano. “His work ethic has made him one of our industry’s rising stars and we are proud to have him in our office.”

Zarraga has lived in Los Angeles for his entire life and is fluent in Spanish. The local perspective he offers regarding neighborhood amenities, school districts and market conditions has made him a powerful ally for his clients; earning him the  Rookie of the Year award in his initial year in real estate.

“My goal is to exceed the expectations of my clients,” says Zarraga, who attended Santa Monica College. “I love the fact that the success you can achieve in real estate is really only limited by the amount of work that you put into it. Every time I sit down with a potential client or meet someone new, I look at it as an opportunity to earn their trust into the future.”

Zarraga credits his success to his focus on ethical business practices, commitment to provide his clients with consistent communications, and passion for the real estate industry. “Real estate is my biggest hobby, and I feel very fortunate that I have been able to transform my hobby into a rewarding career,” explains Zarraga.

For Zarraga, growth and impactful service are top priorities. “The resources and systems that Prudential provides for its agents have made it an industry leader. I am very excited to pass on to my clients the benefits of my new alliance with Prudential,” adds Zarraga.

As a break from real estate, Zarraga enjoys spending time with his family, playing basketball and learning about exotic cars. He also takes it upon himself to be a leader in other arenas and acts as Neighborhood Watch Captain of Monterey Park.

Abraham Zarraga can be contacted through Prudential California Realty’s Los Feliz office at 310-717-2103, or via e-mail at AbrahamZarraga@gmail.com.
