Beverly Truzzolino Awarded with Negotiating Expert Designation

prudential california realtyBeverly Truzzolino, of Prudential California Realty’s Irvine office, recently earned the Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE) designation, by completing an advanced curriculum of hands-on training courses and formal educational requirements.

“There’s no question that the real estate market has experienced a great deal of turbulence in recent years,” said Truzzolino. “This has made it extremely important for people to have an agent who understands how to negotiate an optimal result. My goal with earning this designation was to improve my ability to communicate and enhance my problem solving skills, to ensure that I can provide my buyers and sellers with a positive resolution to any issue that might hinder the closing of their transaction.”

To adapt her services to meet the changing needs of her buyers and sellers, she also earned the Accredited Buyer’s Representative designation and the Short Sale and Foreclosure Resource designation.

“The real estate business has been an excellent career choice for me,” added Truzzolino, “because I love the feeling that comes from handing a buyer their first set of keys to a new home, or helping a seller get the best possible return on their investment.”

As a member of Prudential Irvine’s top sales team, she has earned a reputation for integrity through her consistent, dedicated service to the home buyers and sellers whom she represents.
