Cathy Palazzo Supports Housing Efforts

prudential california realtyCathy Palazzo of Prudential California Realty recently donated her time to rehabilitate a property in El Cajon, in partnership with the San Diego chapter of Habitat for Humanity. “This home will be a part of a low income housing initiative in San Diego, aimed at providing assistance to a family in need,” said Palazzo.

Palazzo is based in Prudential’s Mission Hills office and was raised in the suburbs of Philadelphia. She entered the real estate industry after a personal experience made her appreciate the value that a qualified Realtor brings to every transaction.

“As an agent I love having a chance to transform the dreams of my clients into a tangible reality,” says Palazzo. “Real estate allows me to interact with people on a daily basis, and I have a strong belief in the benefits of home ownership, which is why I enjoy volunteering for Habitat for Humanity.”

Though she holds a bachelor’s degree in Geo Environmental Studies, Palazzo quickly realized her passion for real estate after spending time in the mortgage industry. She credits the experience for not only helping her gain a talent for working with people, but also for helping her develop an ability to quickly determine a home’s fair market value.

“The tenacity that Cathy applies to the goals of her clients is unsurpassed,” noted Shane Pliskin, manager of Prudential Mission Hills. “Her capacity for delivering positive results for her buyers and sellers has earned her referrals and an excellent reputation.”
