After building four years of experience in the real estate industry, Cheryl Perez has joined Prudential California Realty’s West Hollywood office. Having previously worked in event planning and catering, Perez is comfortable dealing with a diverse group of clients as well as providing exceptional consulting.

Whether Perez is researching investment properties or taking a new listing, she takes care in understanding her clients’ needs and educating them on the current market. Perez relocated to Santa Clarita two years ago from West Hollywood, an area she called home for nine years. She has also lived in Chicago, where she studied at Northwestern University. Seeing the success of several family members in the real estate industry, Perez decided to take that path for herself. In her early twenties, she started purchasing investment properties and quickly realized the benefits of investing in real estate.

On the hunt for a dynamic team, Perez felt at home at Prudential’s West Hollywood office. “The individuals in my office are hardworking, high energy agents. I immediately felt at home with them. I could also tell that Fred had forged strong relationships with his team members,” Perez explains.

Outside of real estate, Perez and her husband continue to run their catering business. “Cooking is a big hobby of mine and so are Feng Shui and crafting, but nothing can compete with my family. The best way for me to recharge my batteries is to spend time with my husband and two kids,” Perez says.
