Prudential California Realty is pleased to announce that Don Linden has earned the company’s Leading Edge Society award for his exceptional sales performance. The achievement ranks Linden in the top six percent of more than 54,000 Prudential agents nationwide.
Linden is a seasoned professional with 15 years of experience in real estate. Based out of Prudential’s Sherman Oaks office, he provides comprehensive real estate services for clients with interests throughout Los Angeles County, from Beverly Hills, Calabasas and North Hollywood, to Studio City, Van Nuys and Woodland Hills.
From working in sales and management for many years, Linden developed a talent for negotiating and marketing, as well as a client-centered business philosophy. He entered the real estate industry to combine his love for architecture with his affinity for working with people.

Linden is a native of Los Angeles and a graduate of UCLA. Leveraging his extensive community knowledge, along with his numerous industry connections, he delivers high sale prices for his sellers and locates hidden—and sometimes undervalued—listings for his buyers.
