Ellyn Dembowski of Prudential California Realty was honored this month as Rotarian of the Year by the Rotary Club of Ventura. The award is the highest accolade a Rotarian can receive. It is reserved exclusively for those individuals that exemplify the club’s motto of “Service Above Self.”
Dembowski received the recognition at the club’s annual awards banquet. Her dedication to the Ventura community has been exemplary from the start of her involvement with the club, when she received the Rookie of the Year award in 2005 and continuing until she received the Rotary Presidential Citation in 2011.
With over 20 years of experience in sales, negotiation and mediation, Dembowski provides her clients with an exceptional standard of support and service. A consistent award winner since she entered the real estate industry seven years ago, her sales production has ranked her in the top one percent of more than 54,000 Prudential agents nationwide.
“The success I have achieved is something that I’m happy to share with my team,” says Dembowski. “We are dedicated to provide excellent customer service throughout the process of buying or selling real estate.”
Certified as both a Short Sale and REO Specialist, Dembowski has a vast understanding of the modern real estate environment. Having received advanced training in mediation from Pepperdine University, she excels at negotiating optimal results for her clients, building long-standing relationships and orchestrating successful closings.
Lyle Elliott, manager of Prudential’s Ventura office, agrees, “Ellyn loves working with people and negotiating is one of her top strengths. Her focus on providing her clients with the resources and information they need to make sound decisions has made her one of our area’s most highly sought-after professionals.”
