Evelyn Lauchenauer an Asset for Prudential

Prudential California Realty is pleased to welcome Evelyn Lauchenauer to the company’s Santa Monica office on Montana Avenue. “Evelyn’s extensive background in working for real estate-related companies and complex knowledge of our local market makes her a valuable asset to both our company and her clients,” said Monte Harman, manager of the office.

A lifelong resident of Santa Monica, Lauchenauer earned an associate’s degree from Santa Monica College and a bachelor of science degree in Business Administration from California State University Northridge. She is fluent in German and has seen much of the world.

Lauchenauer worked for American Express in Frankfurt, Germany, and has lived in South Africa and Switzerland. An Accredited Buyer’s Representative, she is known locally as the “Swiss Miss Realtor” and has a worldwide network of friends and associates.

“Owning the right home can be the most fulfilling experience in a person’s life,” says Lauchenauer, “and I wanted the opportunity to be a part of such a significant decision, to either help my buyers find their dream home or my sellers get a premium price for the sale of their home. I have accomplished both and it feels wonderful to help my clients achieve their goals.”

Hard work is the foundation of Lauchenauer’s philosophy. She believes that through perseverance and determination any obstacle can be overcome. Lauchenauer continues to provide exceptional client services based on her commitment to ethical business practices.

Before becoming a Realtor, Lauchenauer worked for a number of high-profile organizations involved in real estate, including Karsten Realty Advisors, Pacific Income Advisors, and Castle & Cooke. After spending many years in accounting and human resources, she chose a career in residential sales to help people with their most important investment and make a positive impact on their lives.

An active volunteer, Lauchenauer tirelessly gives her time to neighborhood groups to improve the community’s quality of life and promote historic preservation efforts.

“I love sharing what I know about our neighborhoods and local businesses, especially when helping people who are new to our city acclimate to their surroundings,” adds Lauchenauer.
