The Wall Street Journal and Real Trends, Inc. recently named Gary Glass of Prudential California Realty to “The Thousand for 2012,” a prestigious list of the nation’s top real estate agents and teams. The list was compiled with data from 2011.

Having raised two children on the Westside of Los Angeles, Glass has a vast understanding of the region’s school districts, service providers, neighborhoods and subdivisions. “It’s incredibly rewarding to find a home for a buyer that perfectly fits their current and future needs,” says Glass. “I love sharing my insights about our community to help my clients achieve their goals.”
When representing Sellers, Glass hires professional photographers to showcase his listings and advertises in the most widely read traditional and electronic publications. He has also found that networking with his colleagues is a highly effective means of exposing his sellers’ homes to vast pools of qualified Buyers.
