Prudential Real Estate Affiliates announced today that Greg Noonan finished in second place, out of every Prudential agent in California, for his sales production in the first three quarters of 2012. Noonan, who is based in Prudential’s La Jolla office, has assisted buyers and sellers of luxury real estate for over 34 years.
“Over the years Greg’s name has become synonymous with professional, knowledge-backed representation,” notes Nicki Marcellino, manager of Prudential La Jolla. “His achievements in the sales arena are a great indicator of the determination he applies to the goals of his clients.”
Greg credits his success to his focus on helping his clients make sound decisions and commitment to the highest level of integrity. “My role is to help my clients evaluate the information that is available to them, so they can choose the best option for their individual circumstances. This is when the value of my experience with analyzing historical trends and current market conditions comes into play,” comments Greg.
Having ranked at the top of the La Jolla real estate market for the majority of his career, Greg is known for his credibility and willingness to collaborate with his colleagues on behalf of his clients. “What’s important to me is that I can provide my buyers and sellers with a favorable outcome for their transaction,” adds Greg, who has consistently been named one of the top 100 Realtors in the US by The Wall Street Journal.
Greg works with his wife, Marilyn, who directs his marketing efforts, and his son, Ryley Noonan, sales associate, as well as sales associates Micaela Jeffery, Mina Kazerouni, Michelle Kearney, and Christine Greer, Executive Assistant Julie Labbe and Escrow Coordinator Carole Clancy.
