Kathy King, manager of Prudential California Realty’s Encino office, is pleased to welcome Jenna Stewart to her team. “To say that Jenna is an impressive young individual with a diverse array of skills and experience would be an understatement,” said King. “We’re happy to have her in our office and believe that she will be an asset to all of her clients.”
A successful real estate investor since 2002, Stewart has concentrated on the Pacific Palisades and San Fernando Valley areas. Having purchased, renovated and sold a number of homes, she has a complex knowledge of residential building practices, construction materials and property valuation.
“Real estate is an excellent fit for me,” says Stewart, “because I love architecture and being involved with the process of transforming a piece of coal into a diamond.”
Stewart believes that her ability to quickly assess a home’s physical condition and potential for remodeling will bring success for her buyers and sellers. “Being able to visualize what a property could be is one thing, but it’s quite another to adapt that vision into a practical means of achieving a goal,” adds Stewart.
An Encino resident, Stewart graduated from Bonita High School and spent four years traveling abroad. Together with her mother and sister, she is the owner and designer for Simply Succulent, a business that specializes in the creation of sustainable gifts and drought-tolerant residential landscape designs.
Stewart enjoys spending time with her 10 year old daughter and serving her community through her involvement with the PTA and Girl Scouts when she isn’t working. She is a former professional dancer and a graduate of Le Cordon Bleu culinary school.
