Kathy Grust of Prudential California Realty was recently asked to appear on HGTV’s popular “House Hunters” television show. The show takes viewers behind the scenes with buyers as they weigh their options for purchasing a home.
Grust commented that her 15 years of experience in San Diego’s real estate market were critical to her efforts to assist the show’s buyers, who were relocating from Texas. “It’s always important for a buyer to work with someone who knows the area,” says Grust, “but it was especially important in this case, considering the buyers were coming from so far away and have triplets.”
Based out of Prudential’s Mission Hills office, Grust specializes in the purchase and sale of residential real estate throughout San Diego County. With a majority of her business originating from referrals and repeat transactions, she is known for her ability to deliver high sale prices for her sellers and talent for matching her buyers with the perfect neighborhood and property to fit their needs.
“The level of service that Kathy provides for her clients has made her one of our office’s top producers,” noted Shane Pliskin, manager of Prudential Mission Hills. “I constantly receive positive feedback about the tenacity and professionalism that she brings to every transaction.”
As the lead agent for The Property Shop Team, Grust offers personalized and thorough representation for clients with a wide array of needs in real estate, from starter homes and luxury estates to short sales, investments and vacation properties. The team is comprised of Stephanie Nisan, Jesus Villavicencio and Allan Figi.
“I would like to take this opportunity to thank my team for their focus on providing our clients with exceptional results,” added Grust. “Their diverse backgrounds and skill sets allow us to provide our clients with a high standard of service and support.”
