A graduate of Morse High School and San Diego City College, where he is earning a degree in Business, Waller chose to pursue a career in real estate to combine his talent for working with people with his love for architecture and belief in the value of home ownership. Previously a general manager and creative director for a clothing boutique, he excelled as a result of his organizational skills and capacity for time management.

“Real estate and retail are very similar in some respects,” says Waller, “simply because both industries require a great deal of hard work and an ability to listen carefully to the client’s wants and needs.”

With a background that includes time spent working as an A&R director, Waller is known for his ability to remain calm under pressure. Widely respected for his commitment to ethical business practices, he is currently the president and co-owner of CharlesDale LLC, a company that specializes in artist and producer management, high fashion and rhythm collections.

Waller joined Prudential to capitalize on the extensive training opportunities that are offered to new agents, as well as the company’s marketing presence and advanced technology.
