Prudential California Realty is pleased to welcome Suzanne Frias to the company’s team of professionals in the Newport Beach office. “Suzanne has many years of experience in residential sales and a talent for working with people,” notes Scott MacDonald, manager of the office. “She is an asset to our office and to every client she assists.”

As a native of coastal Orange County with family roots dating to the early 1900s, Frias has witnessed the growth and development of the region. She credits her childhood experiences for giving her a firsthand knowledge of Orange County’s diverse neighborhoods and subdivisions, as well as a complex understanding of local school districts, property values and service providers.

Frias explained that her parents were instrumental to her retaining her proficiency with the Spanish language, as they were elders in Spanish speaking churches. She also believes that the time she spent studying abroad in Madrid, which was the result of a scholarship she earned through the University of California, was essential to her efforts to refine her skills.

“It’s very gratifying to help my clients who are new to Orange County learn how to pronounce and interpret the Spanish names of our cities and streets,” says Frias, “and I love sharing my knowledge of our area to help my clients find the perfect home to fit their needs. We truly live on the Golden Coast.”

Frias graduated from the University of California Irvine’s School of Social Sciences and first obtained her real estate license in 1986. “My true passion has always been real estate,” adds Frias, “and I’m excited to begin a new chapter of my career with Prudential. The range of marketing systems and technology provided by the company to its agents have made it a leader in our industry.”
