Meeting of 180 top luxury agents signals a win for luxury buyers and sellers.
An elite group of specialists from Prudential California Realty’s Luxury Properties Division recently came together for a two day conference at the W Hotel in Hollywood. Noted experts in ultra-high-end properties from Santa Barbara to San Diego attended the event.
David M. Cabot, CEO, and Leeann Iacino, COO, opened the event with a company overview and thanks to the directors of the Luxury Properties Division for their work ethic and leadership. Since the division’s launch in 2008, its Luxury Properties Specialists have successfully assisted their clients with more than 3,100 luxury transactions, representing over $13.2 billion in sales volume.
“This event gives our top luxury specialists a unique opportunity to network with their peers in other markets,” said Cabot. “This is a tremendous advantage to their clients.” Iacino added that, “We are dedicated to expanding and enhancing this division as a means of helping our agents give their high-end clients the most effective representation possible.”
Ron Peltier, chairman and CEO of the firm’s parent company, HomeServices of America, Inc. (HSA), was a featured speaker at the event. Other featured speakers included Earl Lee, CEO of HSF Affiliates LLC and president of Prudential Real Estate, and Barry Eisen, founder and president of Developmental Excelerations. Eisen is a nationally known trainer, business coach and hypnotist who has leveraged his understanding of behavior modification to help millions of people, including law students, professional athletes and corporate leaders.
