Negotiating Expert Judith Coker Joins Prudential

Nelson White, manager of Prudential California Realty’s Point Loma office, is pleased to welcome Broker Associate Judith Coker to his team of real estate professionals. “Judith’s legal background and extensive personal experience in the real estate arena affords her clients with a superior standard of service,” said White.

Formerly a litigation attorney, Coker earned a bachelor’s degree from the University of California San Diego and a Juris Doctorate from the University of California Hastings College of the Law. She acknowledges that the time she spent in the legal field has been a key to her success in real estate, allowing her to negotiate high sale prices for her sellers and deliver optimal results for her buyers.

“Law prepared me to focus on the overall goals of a project while simultaneously monitoring all of the minute details, a skill that has been essential to my success as a Realtor” says Coker. “The ability to think three steps ahead has also been critical, as I work to anticipate the needs of my clients and provide them with a seamless and successful closing for their transaction.”

A San Diego native, Coker has concentrated on real estate purchases and sales for more than eight years. Drawing from her in-depth knowledge of the local housing market, she has effectively assisted her clients with residential properties from Otay Ranch to Oceanside and everywhere in between.

“The importance of educating clients is a facet of the real estate business that is often overlooked,” added Coker. Over the years she has continually worked to increase her understanding of the diverse financial and market issues that pertain to real estate, in addition to developing her capacity for utilizing advanced technology.

Coker has a talent for connecting with people of vastly differing cultures and backgrounds, a fact she credits to her love for travel, combined with her ability to speak fluent Spanish and conversational French. She enjoys serving her community in her spare time, by participating in the Susan G. Komen 3-Day Walk for the Cure and the San Diego County Bar Association’s Law Day, as well as various other activities aimed at supporting the fight against homelessness.

Judith Coker can be contacted through Prudential California Realty’s Point Loma office, at 619-708-2454, or via email at JudithCoker@prusd.com.
