Suzy Arriola, of Prudential California Realty’s Laguna Niguel office, was recently invited to the company’s Honor Society, in recognition of her outstanding sales performance in 2011. The achievement ranks Arriola in the top 12 percent of more than 54,000 Prudential agents nationwide.

Formerly an international flight attendant, Arriola has traveled the world. A Las Flores resident for the past 15 years, she credits the experience for giving her a talent for communicating with people from vastly differing cultures and backgrounds.
As a specialist in South Orange County real estate, Arriola has built a solid reputation based on her high standards of personal integrity and determination to provide her buyers and sellers with a favorable outcome for their transactions. Arriola has previously been nominated for the Orange County Business Journal’s Women in Business award, and currently serves as a mentor for new agents in her office. She is well known for her work with the Viejo Little League, and recently participated in a charity golf tournament benefiting the Children’s Hospital of Orange County.

She holds the Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource designation, e-Pro designation, Certified Relocation Specialist designation, and Green designation; additionally she has completed the federal government’s Home Affordable Foreclosure Alternatives (HAFA) training program.
