Richard Steinhoff will be signing copies of “Turning Myths Into Money:  An Insider’s Guide to Winning the Real Estate Game,” on Saturday March 31, from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m., at the Metro Point Barnes and Noble in Costa Mesa, located at 901 South Coast Drive. Steinhoff will be answering questions about the book, which has been the #1 best-selling book on Amazon.com, and free copies of his 30-page guidebook, “Buying a Home, What You Need to Know,” will be available.

In writing “Turning Myths Into Money,” Steinhoff drew from 30 years of experience as a top-selling agent and an impressive educational background. The book has been so successful that he was recently invited to do a book signing at the National Association of Realtors’ convention in Anaheim.

A broker associate based in Prudential’s Irvine office, Steinhoff is widely respected for his ability to deliver a positive outcome for his buyers and sellers, combined with his focus on community service. “The satisfaction that comes from helping others has motivated me throughout my career,” noted Steinhoff. “My goal with this book was to provide a resource of useful ideas and proven success strategies for navigating the real estate market.”

Steinhoff entered the real estate arena after earning advanced degrees from California State University and the University of California Los Angeles’ Graduate School of Business. He is a member of the American Mensa Society, who has previously been honored with the Irvine Chamber of Commerce’s Man of the Year award.

Guided by a belief in value of home ownership, Steinhoff has served in an executive capacity for the Broker Council of Southern California, the California Association of Realtors, and the Orange County Association of Realtors. A US Marine Corps veteran, he has also donated his time to serve the Segerstrom Center for the Arts, Laguna Niguel Community Council, and the Muscular Dystrophy Association.
