From her initial year in the business, when she earned her previous brokerage’s Rookie of the Year award, MacPherson has excelled as a result of her commitment to provide her clients with methodical and personalized representation. To ensure successful closings and smooth escrows for her clients, she works closely with service providers and carefully analyzes the multiple factors associated with each transaction.

A specialist in the purchase and sale of residential properties since 2007, MacPherson is highly knowledgeable about home and property valuation, marketing strategy and real estate financing. Her decision to become a Realtor was motivated by a desire to combine her passion for real estate with her love for working with people.

Formerly the owner-operator of a Baskin Robbins franchise in El Cajon, MacPherson credits the experience for helping her develop a proficiency with negotiating and a capacity for time management. “The time that I spent as a business owner was critical to my professional development,” says MacPherson, a La Mesa resident for 33 years. “Aside from instilling in me a strong belief in the value of client satisfaction, it allowed me to gain a complex understanding of marketing that has definitely benefited my clients in real estate.”
