Prudential Honors Margaret Ann McIntosh

A 6th generation Californian, McIntosh has a complex understanding of San Diego County’s housing market. Over the years she has continually worked to supplement her years of experience by furthering her education and training. The approach has frequently positioned McIntosh at the forefront of the national market, often ranking her at the top three percent of Prudential’s 54,000 agents nationwide.

McIntosh is a founding member of the Del Mar Historical Society with a reputation for securing optimal results for her clients. She has represented property owners in the acquisition of parks and open spaces in San Diego and the surrounding areas for preservation of the environment. McIntosh is proficient with numerous aspects of real estate, including probate and trust, land use and development, local ordinance interpretation, market analyses, starter homes, coastal estates and investment properties.
