Prudential Real Estate Affiliates recently honored the Laguna Beach office for ranking in the top three for sales production through the first two quarters, out of all of the company’s offices in the western region of the US with a minimum of 21 agents and a maximum of 40 agents. The office opened 14 escrows during just the first 10 days of September, with an average sale price of nearly $2.4 million. The price range of the listings was between $1,090,000 and $4,295,000.

“During the first 10 days of September, our agents in the Laguna Beach office opened 14 escrows with an average sale price of nearly $2.4 million,” added Vermilya. “This includes our sales from every city in Southern Orange County.”
