A licensed agent for the past 20 years, O’Donnell believes that the key to success in real estate is to listen carefully to the needs of her clients. “Finding the right home for someone takes a lot of attention and care,” says O’Donnell, “in addition to a firm grasp of the local housing market. A Sherman Oaks resident for the past 18 years, O’Donnell leverages her public relations and marketing background to secure optimal results for her sellers. It’s also very important to promote a home’s best features to the top agents in each neighborhood.”

Originally from Tarzana, O’Donnell is eager about the opportunity to share her vast understanding of Los Angeles County’s school districts, property values and subdivisions to help her buyers and sellers achieve their goals. She joined Prudential Sherman Oaks because she has a lot of great friends and contacts in the area and the office is walking distance from her home.

O’Donnell has passed on her passion for community service to her sons, who are 15 and 12. Their favorite place to volunteer is the SOVA food pantry in Van Nuys. “There are wonderful people at SOVA and they work very hard to provide good food to those who need it,” comments O’Donnell.
