Nick Cacarnakis, manager of Prudential California Realty’s Beverly Hills office, is pleased to welcome Shannon Nash to his team. “Shannon’s background at Boston College has prepared her for a very successful future at Prudential,” said Cacarnakis. “She got her license during college and has spent the last 10 years refining her skills and advancing her knowledge of real estate.”

As part of the family legacy, Shannon was raised in the business of real estate. She credits the teachings of her mother, who has been a realtor for 20 years, for helping her develop a natural talent for negotiating and marketing, as well as a capacity for evaluating a home’s fair market value.

“For years, I’ve seen my mom, Cindy Cawley, in action helping families find their dream home, then sealing the deal,” says Nash. “The letters clients would write to her always seemed to create a large sense of fulfillment.”

“My brother, Sean Cawley, and my sister, Michaela Cawley, are agents too,” says Nash. In California, Nash has formed a real estate team with her brother Sean Cawley. Nash is excited to begin a new chapter in what she affectionately calls “the family business.”

Over the course of her life and career Nash has lived in Boston, Paris, Sydney, New York City, London and Los Angeles. Her extensive experience with international relocation has proven to be essential in providing a positive and seamless transition for her buyers and sellers.

“It’s clear that Shannon cares deeply about the comfort and security of her clients,” adds Cacarnakis. “She goes above and beyond to ensure that her clients can successfully acclimate into their new surroundings.”

In addition to real estate, Shannon has spent the last decade working in fashion.  She has held posts at Bazaar, InStyle, Lucky, Jimmy Choo and most currently, at Rachel Zoe Inc.

In her free time, Nash enjoys golfing and playing tennis.
