A residential specialist since 1989, Martin graduated from San Diego State University with a bachelor of science degree in Finance and Real Estate. He entered the industry to follow in the footsteps of his father, a development broker for over 40 years, and his mother, an escrow officer for more than 25 years.

Having earned a reputation for securing exceptional results for his clients, Martin credits his success to his complex understanding of property valuation, talent for negotiating and ability to develop highly effective marketing campaigns. A broker associate, he is known for his passion for continuing education and focus on researching every aspect of his clients’ transactions.

Leveraging his extensive knowledge of the financial arena, Martin helps his clients identify the best possible mortgage based on their individual circumstances. “My success has been a result of my service-oriented business philosophy,” explains Martin. “This involves offering a three percent commission to an agent representing a buyer for one of my listings, in addition to promoting homes to my network of professional alliances and creative approach to marketing, which ensures that my sellers’ homes receive maximum exposure.”

Martin is a registered REO and HUD Broker with experience in the marketing and sale of bank owned properties. In his spare time he enjoys racing mountain bikes, surfing and being “Uncle Chad” to his eight year old niece.
