With over 20 years of experience in real estate, Waite has witnessed a number of cycles within the local and national markets. By leveraging the knowledge she acquired when studying Accounting and Economics at New Hampshire College, she provides her clients with practical suggestions for choosing the right mortgage, benefiting from market trends and generating a return on investment properties.

Having closed more than 375 short sale transactions over the course of her career, Waite is highly adept at negotiating with bank managers. A broker associate and a licensed sales professional in the state of Texas, she has earned a reputation in San Diego’s real estate community for her attention to detail, capacity for marketing and ability to quickly assess a home’s market value.

Waite relocated to San Diego 20 years ago from the East Coast. Previously a corporate cash manager for L.L. Bean, she entered the real estate industry to work more directly with people. “I love sharing my knowledge of San Diego and the surrounding areas to help my clients find the perfect home to fit their needs and goals,” comments Waite.
