Prudential California Realty announced today that Marc and Craig Lotzof are on their way to another exceptional year in real estate. After the first two quarters of 2012, Marc and Craig Lotzof ranked in the top five teams at Prudential’s La Jolla office for their sales production.

With a mother who is a prominent Realtor in Texas, Marc and Craig Lotzof began learning about real estate and perfecting their skills at an early age. They credit their childhood for helping them develop a natural talent for negotiating and marketing, as well as a complex understanding of construction techniques, property values and building materials.

As previous recipients of Prudential’s coveted Legend Award, Marc and Craig are known for their focus on providing their clients with the resources and guidance they need to achieve their goals. They completed an advanced curriculum of coursework to earn the following designations:  Graduate, Realtor Institute, Certified Residential Specialist, Accredited Buyer’s Representative, and Senior Real Estate Specialist.
