A resident of Murrieta for the past 14 years, Akturk provides her clients with an insider’s perspective about the local housing market. To ensure her buyers and sellers achieve their goals in real estate, she shares her vast understanding of Murrieta’s neighborhoods, school districts, entertainment options and service providers.

Akturk is proficient in assisting her clients with short sales as well as traditional real estate transactions. Known for her ability to deliver successful closings, she credits her success with short sales to her talent for negotiating with bank managers and focus on researching the multiple aspects of every transaction.

In her spare time, Akturk enjoys serving her community by volunteering for the American Red Cross.
