Daniel Signani, a residential sales associate with nearly a decade of experience, has returned to Prudential California Realty’s Beverly Hills office after a short duration with a different local brokerage. “Prudential’s marketing presence, global exposure and vast range of agent support systems affords my clients with a significant advantage,” notes Signani, “so the decision to rejoin the company was pretty easy.”
Daniel is known for his commitment to enhance the image of the real estate profession and service-oriented business philosophy. He is widely respected by his clients and colleagues alike for his professional approach to each real estate transaction. To ensure his clients have the information and guidance they need to achieve their goals, he completed an advanced curriculum of coursework to earn the Short Sale Specialist, e-Pro and Green designations.
“Daniel is an educated agent with exceptional communication skills,” says Nick Cacarnakis, manager of Prudential Beverly Hills. “His ability to manage the complexities of real estate transactions and talent for negotiating have earned him referrals and an outstanding reputation. His integrity, loyalty and honesty have all paved the way to building a remarkable business.”
Prior to his career in real estate sales and marketing, Signani worked in the banking industry for 14 years, managing daily operations. He credits the success he achieved in his previous career to his focus on listening carefully to people, attention to detail and belief in the importance of client satisfaction.
When he isn’t busy serving his clients, Signani volunteers his time for the Professional Standards, Public Policy and Grievance committees for the Beverly Hills Greater Los Angeles Realtors Association. He is an avid cyclist who has raised thousands for the treatment and prevention of the AIDS virus; additionally he enjoys donating his time to play Scrabble with a 93-year old woman at an assisted living facility in Beverly Hills.
